The main feature of this punch bag is its Omniflex neck; the flexible neck is designed to absorb impacts, reduce the base movement and improve the stability of the bag. Achieve a great full body workout, suitable for punches, kicks and knee strikes. Easy to assemble with an adjustable height up to 171cm.
