Decathalon free standing boxing stand. Decathalon free standing boxing stand, and you can attach your punch bag on the hook above aswell, tie extra weights down to stop the shaking of the stand if you needs to do so l, but I never had to do that's. This is recommended for anyone interested in training in martial arts but likes to train at home. Comes exactly as on picture. Long time been in storage.

Got some rust but not effective. RM3 if not far free.
