Legs muscles are also strengthened in the process of punching the bag, to generate power through the upper body. REX LEATHER KICK TRAINING BAG is made with high quality durable Two Colour Pro Rex leather for strength. Includes a heavy filled Body Bag, a heavy duty 2ft Wall Bracket OR a Ceiling hook, and a matching pair of pre-curved Rex leather gloves. Has riveted 6 D shackles to hold the 6 chain Strand Chain-set for greater balance.
