Aqua Bag 15 - ProMountings CM-1000GS CEILING MOUNT + Fittings. Ceiling mount comes fitted with a 70lbs ram that is perfect for the 15 aqua bag, very effective at dampening vibration and noise when training.

A strong nylon hanging strap (rated for climbing), heavy duty galvanised shackle and quality stainless steel bearing swivel is included. I do not have the small plastic part for filling with a hose lock hose, these are readily available but had no problem filling with other hose attachments.
